All orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched on the same day at no extra cost. For orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend, all items will be processed on the next working day.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £30

For orders under the free shipping threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
NO International Shipping:
Due to supplier restrictions we are unable to ship outside of the UK.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays:

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like high demand, customs delays, or weather conditions.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
